I'm releasing version of teamspeak3 query service. It's usage is very similar to teamspeak2 service so there shouldn't be much trouble getting it to work. Do note that this is an alpha version of the service and there are some issues that needs to be addressed. Those issues are mostly permission related as not all servers allow anonymous queries so you may not get any results. Please test is as much as possible and make bug reports

Just a warning, TS3 server is trigger happy and really bans clients for server query flooding. Don't be alarmed, result XML will contain error message informing you of the remaining ban time. I'll add flood protection in few days.
